2 1/2 Hour Retreat Schedule With Registered Nutritionist, Author & Personal Trainer Lisa Manzo *Included in the workshop is a freshly made energy boosting juice & jar of Campbell's Cross very own immune boosting pure, raw, Sunflower HONEY! First Part: 1 hour 10am-11am How to naturally boost your immune system with food and fitness. As the cold and flu season approaches we want to ensure we are doing our absolute best in boosting our immune system. Incorporating specific foods and vitamins into the diet can help strengthen your immune response. Specific exercises can help rev up your defense system. Second Part: 45 minutes 11am-11:45am Mat-Sculpt is a full body workout with a focus on the core. This is a mat class using body weight exercises to work the body in depth. Third Part: 15 minutes 11:45-12:00pm Body Tapping Exercise - Boosting the immune system using EFT Body Tapping Optional Self Guided Silent Forest Meditation Walk- 12:00-12:30pm Please bring a your own mat and towel for under your mat, as well as a water bottle.
